The number of sessions you need will depend on your problem and how long you have had it. I will tell you how many sessions you will need based on my clinical judgement and experience once I complete the initial assessment and treatment.
One session is never enough to fix anyone. I am not a miracle worker, so don’t expect to be out of pain and back to 100% with one session. Based on my experience, you will need a consultation and at least two follow-up appointments – this will depend on your particular condition and the feedback your body gives after your sessions.
Please be advised that I will recommend when you should have a follow-up appointment based on my clinical skills and experience. I usually recommend an appointment one week after your initial appointment, with another two weeks after that. You will most likely be given exercises relating to your condition to complete between appointments. If you do not follow my advice, your recovery may be affected, and further treatments be necessary.
